Lamb Law is focused on the needs of small businesses in Western Pennsylvania. In addition to routinely acting as outside general corporate and transactional counsel, we possess extensive experience in regulatory compliance, corporate structuring, succession planning, transaction tax planning, commercial financing, commercial real estate transactions and leasing, and human resources. Our diverse skill set and unique ability to identify legal, financial, and operational issues allow us to optimize performance, increase revenue, and improve processes for our clients.

Mike's Background

Mike grew up in the North Hills of Pittsburgh. He is a graduate of Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and New England Law Boston.

Mike attributes his success to the strong work ethic and humility instilled through his educational journey. Slippery Rock University provided a foundation in business administration and marketing focused on athletics, while also fostering an entrepreneurial mindset. In law school Mike developed a passion for corporate law and transactional work.  Thereafter the path was set to pursue the nuance and diversity afforded outside corporate counsel for small business.

Before founding Lamb Law, Mike served as general counsel and oversaw administrative operations for a long-time client. Previously, he was a partner and led the corporate practice group at a private law firm in Pittsburgh.

Mike is a proud husband and father. Outside of his legal practice, Mike supports his local community through volunteer coaching and board service.
